OUR MISSION
Our mission, as Officers and Directors of Yacht Harbor Manor Property Owner’s Association, Inc., is to enhance the quality of life in our community in compliance with our governing documents, rules and regulations. In addition, investing in capital improvements that benefit the greater good of the neighborhood, as well as supporting initiatives that bolster resident relationships and connections.
WHAT WE DO
We are the governing body of the Yacht Harbor Manor community on Singer Island, Palm Beach County, Florida. We, along with our community residents, meet monthly to discuss and implement the maintenance of our community along with the improvement of the quality of life for all of our citizens. The POA Officers and Directors value all resident suggestions and concerns relative to our neighborhood and welcome all Yacht Harbor Manor homeowner's active participation and support. Our goal is to collectively continue to cultivate Yacht Harbor Manor as the outstanding place in which to live, thus the best community in south Florida.
